Refus d'obtemp\u00e9rer, d\u00e9faut de ma\u00eetrise et blessures involontaires sont les infractions pour lesquelles Yacouba Keita, chauffeur malien a \u00e9t\u00e9 attrait \u00e0 la barre du tribunal des flagrants d\u00e9lits de Dakar. Il a percut\u00e9 un minibus de la gendarmerie, occasionnant du coup 22 bless\u00e9s dont deux dans un \u00e9tat grave.<\/p>\n

A la barre, il a fait savoir qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas vu de gyrophare, ni de motard portant un gilet. A l'en croire, ce sont les cris qui l'ont alert\u00e9. Pour se disculper, le chauffeur a invoqu\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 divine.<\/p>\n

Le procureur a jug\u00e9 sa d\u00e9fense\u00a0 fataliste et a demand\u00e9 que le pr\u00e9venu soit condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 6 mois ferme.<\/p>\n

Me Boubacar Dram\u00e9 a jug\u00e9 la peine requise tr\u00e8s\u00a0 s\u00e9v\u00e8re. D\u2019apr\u00e8s lui, son client n'avait pas d'intention malveillante car, il a m\u00eame secouru des gendarmes bless\u00e9s.\u00a0 \u00ab Nul n'est infaillible. Il a eu un moment de distraction et n'a pas vu le motard. Il voulait faire son travail et ensuite retourner au Mali<\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l\u2019avocat.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9, le tribunal a reconnu Yacouba Keita coupable et l'a condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un mois ferme.<\/p>\n
