Rappelons que le chef de l\u2019Etat l\u2019avait inaugur\u00e9 le 14 janvier 2019. Voici quelques chiffres cl\u00e9s (divulgu\u00e9s par le Bureau d\u2019information gouvernementale) de cette infrastructure de derni\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"printable\" class=\"text_body\">\n<p>D\u2019un co\u00fbt de 780 milliards FCFA hors taxes dont 76 milliards pour la lib\u00e9ration des emprises et 10 milliards d\u2019accompagnement pour les projets sociaux, le Train express r\u00e9gional est le fruit d\u2019un montage financier sur la base d\u2019un cr\u00e9dit \u00e0 taux concessionnel de 2% \u00e9tal\u00e9 sur 25 ans. Le financement provient de :<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Banque islamique de d\u00e9veloppement (BID) : 197 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (Bad) : 120 milliards<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0FRANCE TOTAL : 196,6 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Agence fran\u00e7aise de d\u00e9veloppement (AFD) : 65 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Tr\u00e9sor public : \u00a053,6 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Appui budg\u00e9taire : 65 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Banque publique d\u2019investissement (Bpifrance) : 13 milliards FCFA<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0L\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a fourni le compl\u00e9ment<br \/>\n<strong>Caract\u00e9ristiques du TER : \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nLe TER qui fonctionne en bi-mode, \u00e9lectrique et thermique, est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une vitesse de 160km\/h, circule sur deux voies standards et une voie m\u00e9trique de 36 km pour chacune, soit 108 km. Quatorze (14) gares seront desservies sur son itin\u00e9raire qui se pr\u00e9sente comme suit:<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Gare de Dakar-Ville de Diamniadio, soit un trajet de 45 minutes ;<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0A terme, l\u2019itin\u00e9raire sera prolong\u00e9 jusqu\u2019aux villes de Mbour et de Thi\u00e8s ;<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Une convention sign\u00e9e avec le Petit train bleu permettra aux voyageurs, \u00e0 partir de Diamniadio, de se rendre \u00e0 Thi\u00e8s par voie ferroviaire ;<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0La 2eme phase du TER, soit 19 km de voies suppl\u00e9mentaires, reliera Diamniadio \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport AIBD en fin 2023.<br \/>\nPour la premi\u00e8re phase, le TER pourra transporter, chaque jour, pas moins de 115 000 voyageurs.<br \/>\n<strong>Les tarifs :<\/strong><br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Dakar-Thiaroye : 500 F<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Dakar-Rufisque : 1 000 F<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Dakar-Diamnadio : 1 500 F<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Premi\u00e8re classe : 2 500 F<br \/>\n<strong>Nombre de wagons et rotations :<\/strong><br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Chaque train poss\u00e8de 4 wagons ayant une capacit\u00e9 maximale de 565 passagers avec deux niveaux de confort ;<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Un train s\u2019\u00e9branle toutes les 20 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 22h ainsi que le dimanche<br \/>\nCommodit\u00e9s du voyage :<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Wifi, tablettes de pose d\u2019ordinateur, liseuses et prises de 220 volts \u00e0 la disposition des voyageurs de la 1\u00e8re classe<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Climatisation pour l\u2019ensemble des voyageurs<br \/>\n<strong>Le mode d\u2019exploitation du TER :\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0L\u2019Etat de SENEGAL a confi\u00e9 l\u2019exploitation \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SETER, dans le cadre d\u2019un contrat d\u2019exploitation et de maintenance, pour une dur\u00e9e permettant un transfert effectif de comp\u00e9tences pour que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale prenne le relais<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0Toutes les infrastructures du TER appartiennent \u00e0 l\u2019Etat et sont g\u00e9r\u00e9es par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale de patrimoine SETER.<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SENTER a sign\u00e9 un contrat de gestion (sous-traitance de l\u2019exploitation et de la maintenance) avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 SETER<br \/>\nLes parts de l\u2019Etat \u00e0 SETER et \u00e0 SENTER :<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0A SETER : L\u2019Etat s\u00e9n\u00e9galais est actionnaire \u00e0 34% au capital (les actions de l\u2019Etat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal sont port\u00e9es par Le FONSIS avec trois administrateurs au Conseil d\u2019administration de SETER<br \/>\n- \u00a0 \u00a0A SENTER : L\u2019Etat s\u00e9n\u00e9galais est actionnaire \u00e0 100 % au capital<br \/>\n<strong>Le nombre de S\u00e9n\u00e9galais employ\u00e9s dans l\u2019exploitation du TER :<\/strong><br \/>\nSur les 1000 employ\u00e9s, 984 sont des S\u00e9n\u00e9galais et les 16 autres des expatri\u00e9s<br \/>\nPersonnes impact\u00e9es et indemnis\u00e9es<br \/>\nSur un total de 16 029 Personnes affect\u00e9es par le projet (Pap) identifi\u00e9es, 16 022 (99,96%) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 concili\u00e9es et 15 231 (95,02%) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9es<br \/>\nEn compl\u00e9ment des processus d\u2019indemnisation et d\u2019accompagnement social des PAP, l\u2019Etat est en train de mettre \u00e0 disposition plusieurs sites de recasement dont l\u2019am\u00e9nagement d\u2019une Zone de Recasement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class='share-to-whatsapp-wrapper'><div class='share-on-whsp'>PARTAGER SUR : <\/div><a data-text='COUTS, CARACTERISTIQUES TECHNIQUES... - Les chiffres du Ter !' data-link='https:\/\/www.nettali.com\/2021\/12\/26\/couts-caracteristiques-techniques-les-chiffres-du-ter\/' class='whatsapp-button whatsapp-share'>WhatsApp<\/a><div class='clear '><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NETTALI.COM - Le Train Express R\u00e9gional (TER) sera mis en service ce lundi 27 d\u00e9cembre, sur un trac\u00e9 de 36 Km (Dakar-Diamniadio) par le Pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall.
