L'Unesco a inscrit mercredi 15 d\u00e9cembre le thi\u00e9bou dieune (riz au poisson en langue wolof), un plat tr\u00e8s populaire au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, au patrimoine culturel immat\u00e9riel de l'humanit\u00e9, a annonc\u00e9 l'organisation sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n

Le dossier de candidature note que la recette et les techniques sont traditionnellement transmises de m\u00e8re en fille, mais que les hommes commencent \u00e0 s'y mettre. \"On mange le Ceebu J\u00ebn avec les doigts dans la plupart des familles mais, dans les restaurants, la cuill\u00e8re ou la fourchette sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9es. Ce plat, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une affirmation de l'identit\u00e9 s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise est devenu le plat national du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal\", rapporte-t-on, non sans pr\u00e9ciser\u00a0que le Ceebu J\u00ebn, dont l'acte de naissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 \u00e0 Saint-Louis, la vieille cit\u00e9 coloniale, est aujourd'hui, \u00e0 l'image du lion, du baobab et de la T\u00e9ranga (hospitalit\u00e9 en wolof), un des symboles les plus embl\u00e9matiques du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n
