Son arrestation intervient au lendemain d\u2019un accueil particuli\u00e8rement massif organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Pikine par ses partisans \u00e0 son arriv\u00e9e au pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon nos informations, l\u2019interpellation du lutteur s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation judiciaire \u00e9mise par le juge d\u2019instruction du premier cabinet pr\u00e8s le tribunal de grande instance de Pikine-Gu\u00e9diawaye.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"952\">Une fois conduit dans les locaux de la Brigade de recherches, Ama Bald\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue avant sa pr\u00e9sentation devant le magistrat instructeur apr\u00e8s la f\u00eate de Tabaski.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire trouve son origine dans une enqu\u00eate ouverte en mai 2025 autour d\u2019une agression impliquant un proche du lutteur, identifi\u00e9 comme Julo, son neveu. Selon la plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par la victime, une moto ainsi qu\u2019une cha\u00eene lui auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9rob\u00e9es. C\u2019est dans ce cadre que des policiers du commissariat de Pikine s\u2019\u00e9taient rendus au domicile familial afin de remettre une convocation au suspect.<\/p>\n<p>Toujours selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, Julo aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris en train de consommer du chanvre indien au moment de l\u2019intervention polici\u00e8re. Ama Bald\u00e9 et son fr\u00e8re a\u00een\u00e9 Path\u00e9 Bald\u00e9 se seraient alors oppos\u00e9s \u00e0 son interpellation. Le lutteur aurait m\u00eame eu une altercation physique avec un adjudant de police. Profitant de la confusion, le suspect principal aurait pris la fuite.<\/p>\n<p>La fouille de la chambre de Julo avait permis aux enqu\u00eateurs de d\u00e9couvrir quatorze cornets de chanvre indien ainsi qu\u2019une paire de ciseaux.<\/p>\n<p>Avant l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des renforts policiers, Ama Bald\u00e9 et son fr\u00e8re auraient quitt\u00e9 les lieux. L\u2019adjudant impliqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019op\u00e9ration avait subi une blessure l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 la main avec une incapacit\u00e9 temporaire de travail de sept jours attest\u00e9e par certificat m\u00e9dical.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une interdiction de sortie du territoire, Ama Bald\u00e9 avait ensuite quitt\u00e9 le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal pour se r\u00e9fugier en France. Son retour au pays, mardi, en compagnie de son avocat, Me Cir\u00e9 Cl\u00e9dor Ly, avait donn\u00e9 lieu \u00e0 un accueil spectaculaire de ses sympathisants.
