Selon un communiqu\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget, l\u2019\u00c9tat lance ce jeudi 26 f\u00e9vrier 2026, son premier appel public \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9pargne (APE) de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, via une \u00e9mission obligataire d\u2019un montant cible de 200 milliards de FCFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">\u00ab<em>Le Minist\u00e8re des Finances et du Budget informe le public du lancement, \u00e0 compter du 26 f\u00e9vrier 2026, du premier Appel Public \u00e0 l'\u00c9pargne (APE) de l'ann\u00e9e, portant sur une \u00e9mission obligataire de l'\u00c9tat du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, d'un montant <\/em><em>cible de 200 milliards de FCFA <\/em>\u00bb, informe un communiqu\u00e9. Lequel indique que cette op\u00e9ration, arrang\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion et d'interm\u00e9diation Invictus Capital &amp; Finance, s'inscrit dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre de la Strat\u00e9gie de gestion de la dette \u00e0 moyen terme et du plan de financement de l'\u00c9tat pour l'ann\u00e9e 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3\">Selon la m\u00eame source, elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'approfondissement du march\u00e9 financier sous-r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">La p\u00e9riode de souscription est fix\u00e9e du 26 f\u00e9vrier au 19 mars 2026.
