Le juge a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'office du renvoi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le chroniqueur Abdou Nguer devait initialement \u00eatre jug\u00e9 en flagrant d\u00e9lit ce vendredi 20 f\u00e9vrier devant le tribunal de Dakar, son proc\u00e8s a finalement \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9 au 20 mars 2026. Cette information a \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par l\u2019un de ses conseils, Me Aboubacry Barro, qui a vivement critiqu\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision . \u00ab <em>Le Pr\u00e9sident du tribunal ne s\u2019est bas\u00e9 sur aucune base l\u00e9gale <\/em>\u00bb a-t-il dit .<\/p>\n<p>Le chroniqueur avait \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 sous mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t le mercredi 18 f\u00e9vrier apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 devant le procureur de la R\u00e9publique. Son arrestation d\u00e9coule de ses r\u00e9centes interventions publiques au sujet du communiqu\u00e9 du parquet concernant le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d\u2019un \u00e9tudiant \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar (UCAD).
