Babacar Ngom pr\u00e9cise que son groupe reste le propri\u00e9taire l\u00e9gal du terrain, acquis conform\u00e9ment aux proc\u00e9dures r\u00e9glementaires, mais affirme avoir privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 une d\u00e9marche d\u2019apaisement et d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel, ce dossier s\u2019inscrit dans un litige foncier opposant Babacar Ngom aux populations de Ndingler. \u00c0 l\u2019origine du diff\u00e9rend, l\u2019attribution de 300 hectares \u00e0 l\u2019homme d\u2019affaires par la commune de Sindia. Selon les populations locales, une partie de ces terres, estim\u00e9e entre 75 et 80 hectares, empi\u00e9terait sur le terroir du village.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son communiqu\u00e9, le patron du Groupe SEDIMA indique avoir pris cette d\u00e9cision \"<em>dans un esprit de paix, de responsabilit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9passement<\/em>\", soulignant sa volont\u00e9 de contribuer \u00e0 une sortie de crise durable.<\/p>\n<p>Le terrain est ainsi c\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat sans contrepartie financi\u00e8re.
