Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 Thierno Allasane Sall soutient que ce projet d\u2019amnistie porte une atteinte grave \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire des victimes des manifestations et aux familles en qu\u00eate de v\u00e9rit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Conf\u00e9rence des pr\u00e9sidents s\u2019est pench\u00e9e ce lundi sur le projet de loi d\u2019amnistie transmis \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e en proc\u00e9dure d\u2019urgence. A sa suite, la Commission des lois examine le projet de loi aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 9 heures avant de fixer la date de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Candidat retenu par le Conseil constitutionnel, Thierno Alassane Sall se demande \u00e0 qui profite l\u2019amnistie. D\u00e9put\u00e9 \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale, il a annonc\u00e9 qu'il ne votera pas cette loi. \u00ab <em>En tant que d\u00e9put\u00e9, je ne soutiendrai pas ce projet de loi d\u2019amnistie qui porte une atteinte grave \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire des victimes des manifestations et aux familles en qu\u00eate de v\u00e9rit<\/em>\u00e9 \u00bb, a\u2010t\u2010il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour lui, point d'excuse ni de pardon quand on sait que des balles r\u00e9elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es sur ses populations non arm\u00e9es, des femmes br\u00fbl\u00e9es vives \u00e0 bord de bus, des jeunes handicap\u00e9s \u00e0 vie, leurs avenirs calcin\u00e9s, l'universit\u00e9 Cheikh Anta Diop saccag\u00e9e, des biens publics et priv\u00e9s d\u00e9truits par des forces pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme \u00aboccultes \u00bb par des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le d\u00e9put\u00e9 non inscrit, le mal a \u00e9t\u00e9 si profond qu'une loi d'amnistie serait une plaie b\u00e9ante \u00e0 jamais dans le c\u0153ur des victimes et familles. \u00ab <em>Beaucoup de nos compatriotes porteront, \u00e0 vie, les stigmates de ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements. Nous avons tous \u00e9t\u00e9 directement ou indirectement meurtris<\/em>\u00bb, a\u2010t\u2010il martel\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avant de conclure : \u00ab <em>les victimes, les familles, le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal m\u00e9ritent que la lumi\u00e8re soit faite. La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 doit pr\u00e9c\u00e9der le pardon.
