Il remplace le Professeur Sa\u00efdou Nourou Tall, agr\u00e9g\u00e9 de droit public et sciences politiques, Professeur titulaire des Universit\u00e9s, dont le mandat de 6 ans est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 expiration. Monsieur Tall avait \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 par le d\u00e9cret n\u00b0 2017-1052 du 19 mai 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sident du Conseil constitutionnel qu\u2019occupait Sa\u00efdou Nourou Tall depuis le 26 juillet 2021 revient d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 Mme Aminata Ly Ndiaye, membre du Conseil constitutionnel depuis deux ans.<\/p>\n<p>Madame Aminata Ly Ndiaye, ancien Premier pr\u00e9sident de la Cour d\u2019Appel de Thi\u00e8s, avait int\u00e9gr\u00e9 le Conseil Constitutionnel par d\u00e9cret n\u00b02021-981 du 26 juillet 2021 en remplacement de la magistrate Bousso Diao Fall, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e.
