Un nombre que Adji Mbergane Kanout\u00e9, d\u00e9put\u00e9 de la coalition de la majorit\u00e9 pr\u00e9sidentielle reconna\u00eet faible.\u00a0 Mais, pense-t-elle : \u00ab<em>au niveau de l'Ex\u00e9cutif, nous avons un nombre de femmes v\u00e9ritablement insuffisant. Cela doit \u00eatre corrig\u00e9. C'est pour cela que je dis que, nous devons consolider nos acquis. Mais \u00e9galement, il y a d'autres luttes que nous devons porter pour une bonne repr\u00e9sentation de la femme au sein de l'\u00e9x\u00e9cutif. Nous devons v\u00e9ritablement travailler, nous les femmes, \u00e0 ce que nous puissions avoir une bonne repr\u00e9sentation au sein de l'Ex\u00e9cutif. Comme nous sommes arriv\u00e9es \u00e0 avoir la parit\u00e9 absolue \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale. M\u00eame si on n'a pas 50-50 dans l'h\u00e9micycle, nous sommes aujourd'hui 76 femmes, soit 44%. Nous sommes parties de Caroline Faye, une d\u00e9put\u00e9e \u00e0 76 aujourd'hui. On ne crache pas dessus. C'est tr\u00e8s important. Donc, on ne fait pas la fine bouche. Mais, on peut en avoir plus. Aller plus loin avec l'Ex\u00e9cutif<\/em> \u00bb, a-t-elle expliqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d\u2019ajouter : \u00ab <em>\u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale, nous aurions pu avoir 50-50. Mais, comme vous le savez, avec les investitures, dans certains d\u00e9partements, s'il y a un nombre impair, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement les coalitions mettent un homme. Si c'est trois candidats, ils mettent un homme devant, une femme, un homme. Du coup, on n'arrive pas \u00e0 cette parit\u00e9 absolue \u00e0 l'Assembl\u00e9e nationale. Nous saluons les avanc\u00e9es et les acquis en faveur de la femme s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise. L'ex-Pr\u00e9sident Wade est le th\u00e9oricien de la parit\u00e9. Mais, le Pr\u00e9sident Macky Sall en est le praticien. Nous avons \u00e9galement la loi sur la nationalit\u00e9. Avant, une femme s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise ne pouvait pas donner sa nationalit\u00e9 \u00e0 son mari d'origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re, ni \u00e0 son enfant. Depuis 2014, cette loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e. C'est v\u00e9ritablement en faveur de la femme. Nous avons \u00e9galement d'autres acquis. Parce que la Constitution de 2001 en son article 7 consacre l'\u00e9galit\u00e9 homme et femme. La femme est \u00e9lectrice et est \u00e9ligible<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Poursuivant son argumentaire, elle renseigne que \u00ab <em>r\u00e9cemment, nous avons eu la loi sur la criminalisation du viol. Une loi r\u00e9volutionnaire, qui est venue \u00e0 son heure. Pendant des d\u00e9cennies, des femmes se sont battues pour. Nous avons d'autres lois en faveur de la femme s\u00e9n\u00e9galaise. Maintenant, le probl\u00e8me, c'est quoi ? C'est la vulgarisation, l'applicabilit\u00e9 de cette loi et son suivi.
